Britt grew up on a rice and soybean farm in the heart of Arkansas, where he learned about small business, hard work, and fabrication. He spent 27 years in the cable and internet industry as Director of Engineering. As a small business owner, Britt is involved in every aspect of the business from customer development to engineering and design. He is committed to continuing the excellence that Best has provided over the past 42 years.

Nickie has spent the past 18 years working in each area of production at Best Enterprises Inc. He leads a team of highly skilled and trained craftsmen who take pride in creating tanks that will last a lifetime. You will find Nickie in the plant every day ensuring that each customer’s tank is built to their specs, engineering special designs, and overseeing the entire process from start to quality finish.

Kathy began her career in management at a national manufacturer and joined the vacuum tank industry almost 20 years ago! She loves to educate customers on the benefits of 304L stainless and has a gift of designing a user-friendly tank that fits each customer. Once you work with Kathy, you become part of her Best family! In a field dominated by men, Kathy has earned the respect of so many in the industry.

Sidney joined the family business after completing a degree in biochemistry. She is a published researcher, has presented at conferences across the US and has done research on how chemicals affect various metals, particularly stainless steel. A consummate professional, she will see a customer through the entire process with consistent communication and pictures! Sidney has jumped right in contacting customers around the country.

Chris joined the Best team almost three years ago. He works tirelessly to make sure that our customers can get the parts they need quickly and at an affordable price. Chris can troubleshoot problems with customers. He knows if a truck is not working properly, it’s not making money. He truly provides excellent customer service and support!

Memorie spent several years in corporate accounting and commercial lending before making the leap to public education. Seventeen years in the classroom led to another career in the portable sanitation industry. She serves as accountant, HR, and has loved meeting our customers!

Jimmy has spent his entire career in manufacturing. He started out as a machinist his senior year of High School through college at a tool and die shop. He spent the next 29 years in the pulp and paper industry serving in many roles as purchasing manager, Plant manager, director of engineering, director of Six Sigma/Performance Excellence and General Manager. As General Manager of Best Enterprises, Jimmy is committed to driving continuous improvement throughout the process to exceed customer expectations.
